LOL! I would love it with snickers - but alas, son doesn't like nuts either.
Hmmmmmm, a little melted carmel drizzled over the fudge? Now THAT would be good.

Hmmmmmmmm, might work. I opted out of the bananas. Just made the normal

version
hot fudge cake but topped it with 1 1/2 crushed up (in the food processor)

cookies
'n cream candy bars. Turned out very good, although I'm glad to say it

finally
has disappeared from the house. It was tough to continually ignore it.

I have two birthday celebrations this week - am taking cake orders
tomorrow from
the boys (son and son-in-law). Sonny boy wants me to experiment with

the
hot
fudge cake, and maybe turn it into a banana split cake since he doesn't
like the
toffee pieces. I'm thinking ... yellow cake mix with sprite remix soda
... hot
fudge, banana slices instead of the toffee bits? I'm not too sure how
leftovers
will hold though, the bananas might get too mushy. Maybe I'll stick

with
the
tried and true - and just throw mini m&m's on part of the cake ... or

mini
chocolate chips? Any suggestions?

I bet not. Last night I went to a friend's house for a surprise 50th
birthday party for her DH and brought Joyce's hot fudge sundae cake.
Everyone RAVED about it and several people had 2nds when they found
out it was a low points dessert. (My friend is a WW.) I had NO trouble
coercing her into letting me leave the leftover cake at her house; she
assured me her DH would take care of it. The leftover scotch I brought
home with me. lol

The wedding cake is all gone. The 4 of us nibbled on a large
piece
at lunch
time today. I gave the last small piece to DH tonight and told
him
to finish
it or I would. g. Dinner was a small piece of Chicken
marsalas,
filet
mingon and some roasted red potatoes. The clam chowder is for
lunch.
Lots of
chicken pieces left for lunches this week. Ditto with the
lettuce
from the
ceasar salad (no dressing left). We'll be eating chicken in our
salad all
week long.
