Definitely back on program & with a nice loss of 2.2 for this week!
Didn't quite make it back into Onderland, so that will be my goal for
this week - to lose .6 pound - hopefully I will make it.

Glad to see you're back on track with your weight loss - well done on the
2.2 pounds, only that *tiny* bit more until you're back in Onederland! No
problem ;o)

Good luck,

Laura

Congratulations Elaine and good luck for the 0.6 next week, I (very) briefly
weighed less than you but now I've had a gain and you've had a loss you've
dropped below me again. I'm going to be chasing you all the way again. (I
hope)

You are an inspiration to me and many others I know - hopefully I can get
back on plan as well as you have once I shift this cold.

Thanks, Fred. I still haven't allocated enough time for myself, but intend
to take care of that this coming week by getting back to my walking - I'll
probably be very sore for about a week - but it'll be great to get moving
again!

It sure did, Nathalie. I've had so many weeks with gains, that it was
starting to get to me and I had a hard time staying positive - this loss
corrects all that ;-D
