Dr. Phil Revisited
M.I.A.
Some of my favorite foods went Missing In Action. Inspired by the salad bar at Whole Foods, where you just keep building a custom creation, I got in the habit of dumping raisins, nuts and hunks of bleu cheese in my salads. They were studded like crown jewels but it was a waste of hidden assets. The salads taste just as good with only greens, a little red onion and some cherry tomatoes or red and green peppers and a drizzle of quality olive oil. Then I can get those other goodies out in the open, appreciate them for what they are and COUNT them as a snack or part of a meal. All is going well except a giant gas bubble that got trapped in my innards for a few hours and had me wondering if I had appendicitis. Where do you enter "gas bubble" in Fitday?
