the right time for Positive Thinking and weight loss
Having lost 14lbs so far, I have now been able to get into some clothes
that I have had in my wardrobe for 5 years - after the birth of my 2 children, I finally decided that it was time I did something about my weight, but not for anyone else, it was going to be for me. Over the last few months while trying to loss my weight, a major factor in my success so far is being really positive about why I am doing this and reminding myslef that this is for me. Alot of us spend so much time doing things for others (especially Mum's) that you need to focus on you for some of the time. I hope anyone trying to loss weight will always keep in mind why they are doing it, it really helps to be positive and focused on your goal. |

Good luck! ) I was very fortunate when I had my child. I never gained a lb. I was 115 when I got pregnant and 110 when I got back from the hospital. We never could figure out where those 5 lbs went. LW Start - 7/5/06 - 170lbs Today - 160 lbs Goal - 130lbs Height 5'6" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

I have a son who is 2.5 and I feel like I give and give and give and barely do anything for myself. That's one reason I joined WW - to give myself some "me time" and to do one thing to improve my health. -L. |

very true, and since you have kids, you will get the added benefit of saving
money on clothes because you can go shopping at your own closet, also as a mom, this is good because you can do it when they are having a nap, and another one... when they are too big you can donate them to a good charity and have more space.... bet you didn't know doing the losing thing was so good for you did you, welcome and lots of luck, Lee Creatinu wrote in message ups.com...
