Default 1 point = calories?

Sorry if this has been asked a zillion times, but roughly how many calories = 1
point?

I know it's a range, depending on the fat content.

Thanks!

For estimation purposes I figure 1 point is equal to approximately 50 calories.
If the fat is 6g or over, I add a point. If the fiber is 3g or over, I subtract a
point. A range is pretty hard to guess at because of those nutritional
variances. I seem to recall others saying that depending on the fat and fiber
content, they range 1 point to be equivalent to somewhere between 30 and 70
calories.

For example:

30calories/0g fat/0g fiber = 0.60 points
30calories/6g fat/0g fiber = 1.10 points
50calories/0g fat/0g fiber = 1.00 points
50calories/0g fat/2g fiber = 0.60 points
50calories/6g fat/0g fiber = 1.50 points
50calories/6g fat/3g fiber = 0.90 points
70calories/0g fat/0g fiber = 1.40 points
70calories/0g fat/2g fiber = 1.00 points
70calories/0g fat/4g fiber = 0.60 points
70calories/6g fat/0g fiber = 1.90 points
70calories/6g fat/4g fiber = 1.10 points

I know that looks like a lot of info, but I do hope it helps to somewhat
illustrate what I'm trying to say (and probably not very successfully). I always
try to look for low fat/high fiber options when making purchases.
