What meal satisfies you the longest? I find breakfast is best.

Count me in on breakfast. I plan what I'm having and look forward to it
all through my morning workout. Then I enjoy preparing it, cutting up the
fruit, choosing spices and sweeteners. Most often I end up with a lovely
bowl of hot oatmeal with fruit. It's very much comfort food and has never
seemed like *diet* food. add coffee and I purr till lunch.

Breakfast is the meal I'm least hungry for and which I spend the least
time planning. I tend to have the same every day - orange juice,
cereal bar and coffee. That lasts me till lunch time.

While I look forward to my morning oatmeal, dinner is my favorite meal.
That's when we all sit down together and talk about what happened during
our day. Family dinner was mandatory when I was growing up, and it's a
given for my chilluns.

DH's family was the same way--and there was 11 kids in his family.
Imagine that dinner table!

Are you one of those who workout before breakfast?

Currently my workday schedule doesn't allow enough time for morning workouts
but I don't exercise before breakfast on my days off either. It takes an
hour or so before I feel limber enough to attempt exercise. I can't imagine
jumping on the treadmill until after I've had my oatmeal and coffee. I'd
probably have a few dents in the wall behind the treadmill if I attempted to
jump on it too earlyg I don't even want to look in the exercise room as I
pass it on my way to fix breakfast!

Beverly - who needs a couple hours to warm up these old bones.
