Default Dr. Phil Revisited

"Drop that and get your hands up at once!"

How do you get to be seventy-four without knowing the difference
between flatware and garden tools?

I've been using my fork and spoon as if they were shovels-- been doing
it for as long as I can remember.

Tonight I put them down between bites and chewed each mouthful before
swallowing. It took about a half hour to eat dinner. But I felt nice
and full without even waiting the obligatory twenty minutes.

Another first.
