Default the Chart

The chart shows what I did to myself, and my trend toward recovery.

When you look carefully at the numerical value of the weight scale, it
suddenly hits you that you blimped up a lot, didn't you.

I failed to notice this scale detail before when you last showed this plot.

Looks like you are making a good recovery.

My local grocery store was putting pints of Edy's ice cream on special
10 for $10 this week.

We can splurge on this stuff together if you show up this week before it
is all gone. Bring Zoul with you. Each of you can have 3.

Of course, by now, you are firmly in control and these temptations are
just minor things you can ignore -- again.

How about some green slime for Zoul?

(you know, slime from "Ghostbusters" "Zoul" -get it?)
