Calorie-controlling beverages (was Summer "diet" goal)
"A Ross" wrote in message ... Well, I save up for at least one beer a day--it's a "food" I enjoy and have not desire to give up. And no lite beer either--I like the real thing. As long as I'm counting it, it fits into my WOE. Nothing is forbidden--I allow everything in moderation. I'm the same way, I have some ice cream for dessert almost every day. I save enough calories to allow myself to eat something lovely every day. It gives me something to look forward to, and helps me to say no to other temptations throughout the day. Lindsay |
