WW - Slow cooker recipes
Anyone have good ones.
Wife and I are busy trying to do the gym thing so if we can prepare something the night before and just throw it in the crockpot before work that would be great. Here is one I got from eDiets. So easy to make. I'm a guy who does not cook much. Once or twice a week I want to make a meal to give my wife a break. Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Chicken and potatoes are treated to a hearty, soup-based gravy. Makes 5 servings. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients 8 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 4 potatoes, cubed 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can 2% milk 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix Directions 1 Put the chicken pieces and potatoes into a slow cooker. Combine the soup, milk, cornstarch and dry soup mix and pour over the chicken and potatoes. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve!
