..4 is such a slight fluctuation My body weight changes throughout the
day so I try to use the first thing in the morning weight as the
standard. Have a great week.

I'm also here...I made lifetime yesterday and am now trying to eat within my
means...Whatever that means...Anyway...I hope everyone is doing well and my
only words of wisdom are to not give up and to learn to live without food
being so damn important...I still long to eat more than I need...To quote
the boys in Oliver
" Food, glorious food!
Hot sausage and mustard!
While we're in the mood --
Cold jelly and custard!
Pease pudding and saveloys!
What next is the question?
Rich gentlemen have it, boys --
In-di-gestion!

Food, glorious food!
We're anxious to try it.
Three banquets a day --
Our favourite diet!

Just picture a great big steak --
Fried, roasted or stewed.
Oh, food,
Wonderful food,
Marvellous food,
Glorous food.

Food, glorious food!
What is ther emore handsome?
Gulped, swallowed or chewed --
Still worth a kin's ransom.
What is it we dream about?
Wat brings on a sigh?
Piled pieahes and cream , about
Six feet high!"...And on and on....

I need to find another outlet...At least until I need glasses...:-0...GG
