Losing 100 pounds was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. OK. It took a
little time, and I did have to change some of my eating habits. But it
was a lot easier than weighing 260 pounds six years ago.

I made losing weight simple, fun, easy and permanent. In my eBook, “Live
Lightly!” I describe the simple steps I took, how I eliminated
deprivation and learned to think in new ways.

If I did it, anyone can! Really.

When the conflagration comes and there's no more food fatties will survive,
fitties will expire, as has been in historical times. Do you know where
your food comes from? What would happen if a Krakatoa erupts near (fill in
the blank) and screws up food production for a few years. The fat genes
exist to keep people alive. Don't think we've seen the last of that kind of
natural selection. The modern world is built on assumptions and very long
precarious supply lines, and modern humans are far less able to survive in
their natural surrounding environment than ever before.

Just a thought
