Default Finally, broke the ice

Started at 281 and then lost 26 pounds in about 3 weeks. Was never really
starved or obcessed about food. Sort of enjoyed the program. Gave away a
few hundred dollars worth of 'program unfit' groceries and emtied my pantry.
Now I have hundreds of dollars invested in cookware I'll never use. Heavy
cast iron fry pans, commercial type stock pots, huge aluminum roaster, and
big cast iron dutch ovens. I'm down to cooking now with the microwave and 3
countertop convection ovens. And a wok I use to steam veggies and stir fry.
Finding that 'Can't Believe It's Not Butter' spray is point friendly was a
gift.
I will miss my b-b-q'ed pork ribs (and fabulous sauce) as, after two years,
I finally mastered them and my stove top smokers. Got to do it.
Then I reached a plateau where I could not get under 255 pounds. Stayed
there for about 6-7 days. Did not break the program, and in fact should I
had 'banked quite a few points.
Now I finall made 251. 75 more to go. It will be grand to be in the 240
range again. Really looking forward to it. Sort of hoping there will be no
more static periods of no weight loss.
My ears are still growing longer and my nose is still twitching.

as to the cookware, you can either learn to cook ww with it or put it on
ebay as there are lots of people who would like to own it but can't afford
