new strategy with fitday
I have an upper daily calorie threshold that I track in fitday. There have
been days lately that I go over that and instead of putting them on that day, I tack them onto the next day. By doing this, I'm forced to "repay" my calories the following day, rather than just forgetting that day and moving on. Really, this only works for me though if I went over by a couple hundred calories or less. But if I go way over, I call it a refeed (as long as it's not more than once a week), and move on. It's just another way I'm keeping accountable. Betsy |
