New program
The new program is great. I lost 1.4 last week which brings my total
loss to 9.4. I am happy with the new program so far. New program
I like the new program too. First week I lost 1.8. Second week I
didn't, but I had 2 days previous to weigh where I had too many high sodium foods. Not worried. I followed the program and expect results next week. I just need to lay off the salty foods for a few days. Karen On Wed, 15 Dec 2010 20:02:25 -0800 (PST), in alt.support.diet.weigh****chers, Cat wrote: The new program is great.
