Default NYNY start weight - Prairie Roots

I'm down .8 lb this week, setting my starting weight for NYNY at
180.8.

I'll take it. I saw 180 on the scale earlier in the week, so I'm
plenty happy to see it again on WI day.

I'm not participating in the HHH exercise challenge, but I'm working
my own personal challenge to exercise not less than 4x/week. This week
I did just that: 2 sessions of water aerobics and 2 session of body
pump.

OT: It's officially fall here in the upper Midwest of the US; last
week week we had our first frost. Time to pull up the tomato plants.
My furnace won't start; the service guy will be here on Monday, as
will a salesman to talk to me about a new furnace in case my old one
won't start. It may not be too hard to convince me to invest in a new
one. In the meantime, my one little space heater is working hard to
keep the edge off the cold. And I've been wearing sweats and double
sweats when I'm home in the evenings. Gotta love my electric mattress
pad! I think I earned activity points for shivering this week.

Congrats PR, .8 is a fantastic loss - as well as reaching 180. Won't be long and
you'll be seeing an entirely new decade. G Way to go on the exercising! I know
this is probably one of the toughest areas for all of us to get around to ....
glad you found a way to make it part of your life now.

Here in IL we seem to have taken a quick step into fall also, although I'm
beginning to think it was more of a leap into winter that totally bypassed fall.
Evenings have dipped into the mid 30's, frost on the windshields in the morning.
It's been danged cold! At least my furnace is working, has been getting a pretty
good workout this week. Let's hope for warmer weather next week-end. I have to
venture to WI for my sons college baseball team marathon game (50 innings - fund
raiser). I can't think of much less enjoyable than picnicing in the freezing
temps ... right along the banks of Lake Michigan.

Congratulations on the .8 Prairie and the exercise too. We're starting to
see the fall weather here (southwestern BC) as well. It's been very foggy
the last few mornings, but still sunny in the afternoons. Starting Monday
we are to be getting RAIN! Would prefer the frost!

Congrats, Prairie on the loss the new TENS value of 180.

Hope you get that furnace cranking out heat. We sat by the gas
fireplace this evening and watched a dvd.

Fall is definitely here. I may have to wear jeans at wi on Weds.
Altho, in the mountains today it was really nice - we were above the
fog which kept Seattle just around 60F, if that. It must have been
70F in the mountains though. But they are talking snow later this
week up there. I am not ready yet!

Sounds nice. I'd have to go to my parents to do this, but then they have no
DVD player, just a VCR.....

I'll bet the view up there was nice even with the fog. Snow in the
mountains there this week maybe? Perhaps we will have some on our mountains
too, since we're not far from you. All I got out of the 5 day forecast for
this area was RAIN! Oh well, it is getting to be that time of the year. We
were spoiled with that beautiful weather all summer!

Yep, my fingers are crossed that I'll see that new decade on the scale
sometime this week, if not on my next WI day. Thanks.
