A while back I wrote in that I was fighting a plateau. Well, it broke!
Weighed in 5 pounds lighter this morning at 239, and down into the next
group of tens to boot. I've been watching calories and carbs like a hawk
lately, and getting as much exercise as I can. Feels great! Thanks
everybody who posted encouragement for me!!
