Sesame - Maple Chicken Wing
I know that you'd do want to cook without oil. Just put what ever you want
in the cooking bag 2-24 hr advance. It should be a short time inh boil. It shoud be 2-3 times thicker than when it was baked. And put in oven for 30 min. Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip lock plastic bag; pour marinade over chicken. Seal and chill for 2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade arrange chicken on a lightly greased pan. Bring served marinade to a boil in a small sauce pan for about 2 minutes. Bake chicken at 375 for 15 minutes turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes. Baste with marinade bake 8 minutes.
