Default Sesame - Maple Chicken Wing

I know that you'd do want to cook without oil. Just put what ever you want
in the cooking bag 2-24 hr advance. It should be a short time inh boil. It
shoud be 2-3 times thicker than when it was baked. And put in oven for 30
min. That's it!!!

Sesame - Maple Chicken Wing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3/4 cup Southern Rays Maple Terriyaki BBQ
3 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 Tablespoon Dave's Ginger Peach Hot Sauce
2 Tablespoons Ultimate Burn Hot Sauce
3 garlic cloves
18 chicken wings
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

Process first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth
(reserve 1/2). Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip lock plastic bag; pour
marinade over chicken. Seal and chill for 2 hours. Remove chicken from
marinade arrange chicken on a lightly greased pan. Bring served marinade to
a boil in a small sauce pan for about 2 minutes. Bake chicken at 375 for 15
minutes turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes. Baste with marinade bake 8
minutes. Turn and baste with remaining marinade; sprinkle with sesame seeds
and bake for 8 more minutes or until seeds are golden.

from fat); 41g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 170mg

Vegetable; 6 Fat.

Oil is good, maple terriyaki BBQ sauce is bad, unless it's lowcarb...
