remember the green tea and drink your water.
ancient knowlege, keeping yourself hydrated helps keep you not only
moving ( ) but helps you with weight problems... along with other things. water is great for helping with weight loss... and green tea (for those that can have it) is great also. remember simple bottle of soda can keep that weight on.. all that inert material. watch those flavored waters.. the water part may not have calories or chemicals but that junk they put in it to make it 'tastey' (if that's what some want to call it) can build up in your system. most i know who have weight that won't come off even if you just sweat all day long making yourself sore as hell.... can't lose it, then i see what they eat and i'm like well stop eating that burger king, swanson t.v. dinner, any processed, packaged food, artificially flavored drink and all that. i had to stop all that stuff when i was diagnosed with malignant hypertension (anything helps to bring it down, along with all those billions of pills (which can make it hard to take off the weight (not sure why yet exactly) but every 'lil bit of chemistry can pile up and make you pile up too) i stopped the soda, t.v. dinners, fast food, drinks that are overly concentrated or got flavors... didn't keep tabs but weeks later all of the sudden the weight was melting off.. and i wasn't that active. i was too incapacitated by all the blood pressure meds and painkillers. oh that was kinda fun. i was on fresh (so they say) produce, water, juice, fruits of course blah blah... and didn't add anything to my food to flavor it. amazing. first time i had anything with something added or processed i could taste the chemicals (couldn't pick it out no no no but it tasted chemically) and it was unfufilling and i felt 'stuffed' rather quickly and felt as if i wanted to eat more of it. so i stopped and didn't do that again. it's boring yes but something magical happens when you get a diet like that. almost euphoric. ................ almost. maybe this'll help and or maybe folks here can share who've gone 'fresh' and 'unprocessed'. ? eh this was a long post. |
