Default week 278

slept over the meeting time so we will call it the same, didn't do very well
on choices or staying in points this week either, I feel conspired against,
but Sunday morning's breakfast is a new week, have a great week, Lee

Hang in there Lee. Some weeks are harder than others, but maybe next
week will be easier.

my week started on Sunday and so far its been easy, daily exercises done,
water drank and when I get done with news group I go and update the food
journal, Lee, grateful for an easier week for a change
