It becomes high-carb if you don't stop at one cup. :-) Okay, I actually called Popcorn Factory the other day (shut.up!) and was told that their regular buttered popcorn had 6g of carbs per cup serving. I don't know about transfats, didn't ask. That was the same amount that I found in my SBD carb counter guide. I was actually thinking of having the popcorn as a "side dish" with dinner (you know, instead of fries).... |
