You don't even need a lot of cream cheese really, if you smush it
in really well.

I've always eaten it raw in salads but I tried the saute and it was
great!


Yep... same here

I always ate spinach raw as a spinach salad.

And I never really did like cooked canned spinach

But by sauteing slightly in a skillet and adding some
condiments it adds a whole new dimension to spinach

You're right, Carol...the only exception I've heard to this is with
tomatoes. Cooking tomatoes boosts the nutritional value. Makes the
cancer-fighting lycopene easier to absorb by the body.
