Starvation mode - advice

How so? I can create a menu that gives me 100% RDA of all vitamins and

I think eating food on Atkins induction list can definitely give
anyone 100% RDA vitamins and minerals. The thing though, is the
amount of carb people are allowing themselves. Add to that there are
people who are scared of broccoli. Plus Atkins recommends his dieters
to down quite a few vitamin/mineral tablets a day, thus the perception
of low-carbing tends to lead to mineral/vitamin deficiencies. Then
there are some hopeless people like me in here who suffer leg cramps
from time to time.
