Hi Joe,
Which low carb diet are you on or thinking about? If you have been on one, how is your weight loss going? I lost approximately 50 pounds, from 232 to 182 in the first 7 months and have lost very little since, though I have maintained my original goal weight of 182. My primary purpose in following a low carb plan, about 50 to 100g of carbs per day, is to control my BGs due to being a Type 2 Diabetic. How is your program going Joe? Regards, BJ |
