Story of my life, I HATE to say, but I'm here to say that this 4 1/2 LBS
feels like MUCH MORE ! I started back to where I was! I mean before I
went to Texas. I needed to tell everyone that I'm now 'back' and I got
myself to this jst today! Ohhhhh this feels good. I mean it feels so
right to eat the good stuff and it makes me feel well again. I need to
feel healthy. Janice knows EXACTLY what I'm saying as she is a binger
just like I am. I've been eating too out of control for a long time and
my favorite pants are too tight.

Thanks for listening,
glo

Hi glo, I'm here and I do know what you're saying. I've been where
you are many times too.
I often find that when I go away on holiday (vacation as you guys say)
I do fine when I'm away, but find it very hard to keep on track when I
get back home. I never really understand why this happens, but it
does.
Just think of this - summer is coming, a time for being out and about
and looking good in light clothes and YOU CAN DO IT!!!
Keep posting here and tell us how you are doing, especially if this
helps you.

For Gloria:

Starting all over again is gonna be rough, so rough
But we're gonna make it
Starting all over as friends is gonna be rough, on us
But we gotta face it

We lost what we had
That's why it hurt so bad
It set us back a thousand years
We're gonna make it up
Though it's gonna be rough
To erase all the hurt and tears

Starting all over again is gonna be hard
But I pray that the love will help us make it
Starting all over again is gonna be slow
But we both know that we can make it

We gotta take life as it comes
And never worry about who's right or wrong
It's an uphill climb
To the finish line
We're gonna try to make it
One more time

Starting all over again is gonna be rough, so rough
But we're gonna make it
Starting all over as friends is gonna be tough, on us
But we gotta face it

Starting all over again is gonna be hard
But I pray that the love will help us make it
Starting all over again is gonna be slow
We both know that we're gonna make it

Hey Gloria... I am an excessive binger too, so I know what you are going
through. I've been there done that so many times and I'm as sick of it as
you are. Just don't give up on yourself. 4.5 lbs isn't as bad as 45 lbs.
You can do it!!!

Many of us gain a few pounds over a vacation. Just jump back into your
routine and you'll see those pounds melt away.

I don't remember how tall you are but if you're short like me (5'3") just a
few pounds really makes a difference in how the clothes fit.
