WOw! Look who I got an email from!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Remember the Low Carb Revolution show that was on the food channel
with the guy George Stella who lost all that weight by Low Carbing????? I wrote him about the alfredo sauce and spaghetti squash recipe of his I tried and I bought his video.... he wrote back!!!!!............................ Dear Laureen, Glad you enjoyed my recipes from our Food Network special, "The Low Carb Revolution!"!!! And changeing and reinventing recipes is exactly how to keep low carb exciting and interesting! Way to keep it fresh! And....if you like those snipits of cooking I did, then you will love my new Food Network series , "Low Carb and Lovin' It!" to air every week starting in May!!! Just finished filming yesterday and the shows will really be helpful, my whole mission in Life now!!! To help and support as many as possible! Good Luck and Thanks for your nice comments! They did already! It was on Food Network Canada, sometime in late January.
