Default Track Your Weight Loss With An Excel Spreadsheet

Well written Excel spreadsheet for tracking weight loss. Use pounds, stones,
or kilograms. Produces charts and graphs of loss and will project future
weight and goal date. Has a field for daily notes which I use to see what
effects my progress.

If you would like a copy, please email ftlbard at bellsouth.net and I will
send you a copy. Please include a valid email in the body if your return
email is bogus. You have to have Microsoft Excel for this to be used.

You should also not be using your work email to get this as I am getting
some emails returned to be as being blocked as spam. Bellsouth has been
listed as a spam address in some databases used to filter email. I had
several returns in the last batch I emailed.
