Hi,

I'm re-starting LC and walking and i was wondering what is the best:

walking 30 min 2 times/day
or walking 60min 1time/day

Mix it up, why don'tcha? One day walk for an hour, next day break it
up! See how your schedule plays out - you might not be able to commit
to a one-hour block of time each and every day.

Bottom line is that you're walking. Get your heart rate up to your
target heart rate and keep it there for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Does it do the same thing on the body or not? Hum?
Thanks!

Personally, I stick with a one-hour blast workout per day, only because I
hate having to redo my hair and makeup. I'm more likely to get myself into
a real sweat if I know that I can just go and hit the shower...but if I'm
already cleaned and beautified for the day, I would end up exercising
carefully as to not break into a heavy sweat and look terrible and stink the
rest of the day.

Getting cleaned up twice a day is too much trouble for me.

Plus, I really start to notice kind of a "fire" in me once I'm into the
second half-hour of my workout. I'm not sure how to describe it, other than
I fell like I'm really working hard and doing something good for myself.
Endorphins? Someone who knows more about fitness might be able to explain
it better. The "fire" is even stronger now that I've added strength
training.
