Food & Exercise -- 12/19/2004
Another splurge meal tonight -- planned, and worth it :-). At least I
did my long run cardio session today! Food: * 8:15 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese * 1:30 (Fuddruckers restaurant w/ DH, after the gym): 1/2 turkey burger w/ sauteed mushrooms, pickles, and catsup * 2:30 (home): 2 chocolate-covered caramels * 6:00 (dinner at friends' home): 2 oz. fresh shrimp w/ cocktail sauce; a few veggies w/ dip; 3 tomato slices with buffalo mozzarella; 2 cups salad w/ 2 tbs Italian dressing; 1 cup (prepared measure) rigatoni w/ light marinara sauce w/ a few cannelini beans; 3 oz. grilled sirloin steak; 2 bakery cookies; a couple of handsful of M&Ms; 11 oz. wine (Apart from the sweets, a pretty healthy meal, but rather a lot of food!) Totals: 2171 calories (236 from wine), 81g fat (34%), 179g carbs (33%), 118g protein (22%) 11:30 -- Exercise: 65 minutes treadmill run, in pattern: 13 x (1 minute at 5.0 mph, 3 minutes at 4.9 mph, 1 minute at 4.8 mph) Chris 262/134/ (135-145) |
