Default Food & Exercise -- 12/18/2004 (yesterday)

A big splurge day today. I told myself I'd eat as much as I wanted at
the baby shower and restaurant dinner. I ended up feeling a little
overstuffed last night, though -- may have been happier with a bit
less. Anyway:

Food:

*6:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese
*10:15 (home): 60g Hi-Lo cereal, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk
*2:00 (home): 90g grilled chicken breast w/ 2 slices f/f cheese on 1
slice whole wheat breat
*4:00 (baby shower): 2 shortbread cookies; 1 pirouette cookie; 1
cupcake; 1 small square sheet cake; handful of caramel corn
*8:00 (Italian restaurant w/ friends): 1/2 piece bread w/ 2/3 pat
butter; tuna carpaccio (1.5 oz. thin-slice tuna with about 1/2
teaspoon of olive oil); filet of sole (3 oz.) stuffed with salmon
mousse (1/8 cup) on fettucine with a champagne cream sauce -- ate
about 1/2 cup of the pasta; mixed berry tart -- really a sort of cake
with berries baked into it; 7 oz. wine

Totals: 2357 calories (150 from alcohol), 68g fat (26%), 237g carbs
(40%), 170g protein (29%)

Averages for the week: 1666 calories, 31% fat, 39% carbs, 31% protein

Exercise: None of significance.

'tis the season to splurge.

I've been working on making some nice low calorie days in my averages in
preparation for Christmas.
