Default Quick update since my re-intro:

Just need to tell you all - 4 pounds lost! Of course, I'm sure it couldn't
have all been fat.
But still. I couldn't believe I was so near 200 pounds. It's strange - at
one time 160 seemed
a huge number. Then when I passed it, I just accepted it. 170, 180... 200
just seems such
a *major* turning point.

I turned 32 on Tuesday. 32. I just look at that number and think, yeah,
32. Ever since
I was a kid I thought that for a woman, 32 was the perfect age to be. Still
young, but
very securely an adult. Free to be as eccentric as I wish, look as great as
I want (or
"let myself go" if I please), do whatever I want. And here it is. I am
going to make the
most of being my perfect age!

Nearly hitting 200 pounds and turning 32 years old were a wake-up call for
me.

So: I have an appointment with a personal trainer on Wednesday. I've been
logging what I
eat on the WW website (doing the online version) and *trying* to stay within
my
daily points. The Flex Points system is perfect for me; it doesn't tell me
what to
eat, specifically, but gives me a rough framework to do things my way.
It's very simple and even though it's based on principles that I know very
well, my problem has always been putting them into practice.

It's so nice to be back here!

You have a plan, stick with it, but visit it regularly to make sure it's
working for you My dad and his wife have had great success with WW this
year.

It's so nice to be back here!
