Default In case anyone needs a little more encouragement...

Hi
I am about 9 pounds away from my WW goal, having lost 45.4 so far. However,
these last pounds seem sooooooooooooooo hard to lose. But this article in
this link is really encouraging. Supposedly, she is going to be in the
Jan/Feb issue of WW magazine.

seems like the closer I get the slower I lose, but I am fine with that, as
long as the trend is down I am just going to hang in and keep doing what has
worked for 95 pounds, Lee

and sublime!
