You're not in the US, right? Waldenfarms @ netrition.com comes in handy
during these times.

What is WI?

This sounds disgusting, but have you tried waffles made from ground up
pork rinds? They taste amazingly like regular waffles. We eat them
with SF Log Cabin syrup.

It only sounds disgusting to people who have no real experience with rinds.
Good rinds taste good, cheap ones don't (you can say that about a lot of
things). Rinds can be used to make low carb cake (something that looks like
cake but ain't - but we gotta call it something), dressing, coating for
meats & fish, and pancakes or waffles, as you suggest.

It's too bad that people have such a bad overall notion about pork
rinds....they are just fat and protein!

If you want a nice crunchy low carb treat, try these:

http://www.netrition.com/lcs_pork_puffs_page.html

They simply are a wonderful dessert, snack, or meal, IMO.

I would go for butternut squash, with Splenda and real butter. Just
count the carbs.
