Week 13 and counting
Stayed the same. Ain't the first time and I guess it won't be the
last time. I'm going to really buckle down this coming week. Still ahead of my "lose a pound a week" goal. -- RichardS 240/220/175 13 Weeks |

Hey Richard...........staying the same means you're doin' something right
.........with the exception of this week's WI, I had 3 weeks in a row where I only went down 0.6, then stayed the same, then stayed the same again....... Stick to what you've been doing and you will certainly see a nice loss soon! Eddie Weight June05-359lbs Current Weight-282.2lbs Loss to date=76.8lbs Goal Weight-180lbs "RichardS" RichardS@*.* wrote in message ... Stayed the same. The human body is capable of safely losing up to TEN pounds a week. If you
abandoned the "treats" that WW encourages you to lust after as rewards (for achieving what?), you'd get down to normal weight quickly. It just takes willpower, not dues payments to WW.
