I had a pretty good second day. I felt a little hungry his afternoon,
I was looking for some snacks but had a couple
of glasses of water instead and waited for dinner. I feel in control.

i often drink a glass of water, which i don't care for, or i make "lemonade"
using lemon juice and splenda if the water doesn't work.

glad you feel in control, that is a great feeling.

Thursday was hard because we had the last seniors meeting
of the year and they have a buffet. I only had one trip but I felt
out of control because I didn't write down my food.
Today I feel better, wrote down everything, back in control.
Thanks for listening.
Hugs,
Cat

I am a big fan of buffetts, a few tips.

-make sure when you start you look at everything before you take anything,
kinda weird but don't let others influence you.
-make sure all of your daily requirements are chosen/eaten first,,,
fruits/vegetables...
-only take items you can't/don't normally make at home... we rarely make
mashed potatoes at home anymore so i get those as a treat at a buffett.
-make sure you stringently weigh/measure at home so when you are out you
will be better able to estimate.
-use the ww etools/cooking out guide to figure out what you did eat...
-when figuring your ponts do it by the plate... plate one was 3 points from
the salad bar and plate two was hot food at seven and dessert was eight...
that way if you dont writ it it will be easier to remember... and if you are
like me i take less trips so i can remember it.

good luck with the rest of the week.

you are most welcome, i firmly beleive ww is a lifestyle, so giving up
buffetts while i am losing won't help during maintaiance... so even if i
screw it up i am learning, Lee
