Advice: a great snack
Hi,
I have an advice: I've just tried the Simply Bar and Simply Protein Chips. It's a great weight loss snack and no artificial sugars too! Each bar is 16g of protein and under 160 calories! And the chips are 15g of protein and 150 calories. Low carb, low fat, high protein snack bars ensured that I had enough energy to keep going, while curbing my appetite until your next meal. |

The rest of the bar is 96 calories of something else. If it's carbs, that 24g, if fat, that's 11g. Would either be considered low carb or low fat? I don't think so. -- -jw |

A 40g serving of apple would have only 5g of net carb. |
