It is 100% correct. For starters, your idea of "junk food" isn't the same as everyone else's. And secondly, laying entirely off processed snacks isn't necessary for a successful low-carb lifestyle. Hence the dictum "don't eat junk food" isn't 100% correct advice. Dawn |
