Default Low Carb Baking?

I have started my low carb lifestyle a two months ago and I have already
lost 22 pounds? However, I miss some gold old high carb treats like cookies,
muffins, etc. I have tried the Atkins low carb baking mixes but they just
don't make the cut taste-wise. Can anyone point me to some low carb but
relatively great tasting baking recipes on the Internet?

I would really appreciate it,
Gregory

Cookies and muffins are not low carb.

Since this statement seems to be your mantra ... what exactly is 'low carb' to
you.

I didn't realize it was so complex.

Let's start with meat, eggs, and hard cheese, and work from there.

OK, then keep going from there. What is low carb to you? How many carbs per
serving? How many carbs per meal? How many carbs a day?

Jarkat2002 generously shared with us this little ditty:

Actually that's pretty much it for him. (Maybe nuts sometimes). He
doesn't believe in vegetables. g

You'll find protein powder pancakes and muffins that are most definitely
100% low carb with no sugar alcohols, soy, or mysterious food-science
ingredients.

I just had some delicious protein pancakes with raspberries this morning. 5
gms total. These taste so like real pancakes the rest of the family enjoys
them too.
