If you actually read the nutrition facts for Ketato mix, you would realize
that they are made from potatoes, and that they are primarily comprised of
carbohydrates. Or perhaps you just have a problem with reading
comprehension.

Potatoes are just one ingredient: Ingredients: Soy protein isolate, Oat
fiber, Dehydrated Potato flakes, Calcium Caseinate, dried cream, modified
maltodextrin fiber, salt, monocalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, potassium
bicarbonate, natural and artificial flavors.
