Food:
10:00 (Bed & Breakfast): Eggs Florentine (1 egg, 1/2 English muffin, spinach & cheese sauce); puff pastry filled with fruit and whipped cream; small muffin; 1/4 cup fresh fruit; 6 oz. orange juice 3:00 (home): 1 can tuna (5 oz.) w/ calorie-free blue cheese dressing 6:00 (French restaurant): 1 1/2 cups lobster bisque; 6 oz. salmon w/ mustard sauce; 1/2 cup scalloped potatoes; 1 1/2 oz. asparagus; 1 cup blueberries; 1/4 dinner roll w/ 1/2 pat butter; 5 oz. wine Totals: 1657 calories (107 from wine), 55g fat (30%), 148g carbs (36%), 117g protein (28%) Averages for the week: 1770 calories, 28% fat, 31% carbs, 33% protein (Well over my goal average of 1600 -- but pretty much the plan for this week.) Exercise: Just some housework this afternoon Chris 262/177/??? (But will probably weigh more on Monday :-) .) |
