i have been off of weight watchers since mid sept. reached my first goal
weight of 125lbs. but due to stress and personal problems i went off the
program. i have only gained 5lbs back, but i have decided that i don't want
to gain anymore. i have been off of the program for 3 and a half months. and
i also want to lose the 5lbs i gained and an additional 10lbs more.
hopefully by the new yrs. i have been stuck at 130lbs for the 3 and a half
months, i am happy because it's not a gain. yesterday i weighed myself and i
have lost one pound. i am pleased with this

anyway, i have decided to give ww another try abd see if i can start losing
again.

Angie,

It's great that even after 3 months off program you didn't gain back a whole
lot of weight!! Good luck in getting to your new goal--you can do it!!!
