Default FRUIT -- How much do you eat for your WOE?

I forgot apple stuff, in my previous answer. I like apple and cheddar
omelets on occasion. I use about half of a tennis ball-sized apple.
I also sometimes have some unsweetened applesauce, to which I add a
little Splenda, with pork chips.

Canteloupe, grapefruit, apples and applesauce aren't low carb. How much
weight have you lost?

Yeah, you did.
And I've been on maintenance for years.

Half a cup of cantaloupe pieces is about 7g carb.
Half a small apple is about 9g carb.
Half of a small pink grapefruit is about 10g carb.
A quarter cup of unsweetened applesauce is about 7g carb.
