Boy, you got that right! If nothing else, this LC thing is going to
be a boon to savey marketers and greedy entrepreneurs. At least until
the food industry changes direction away from low fat to low carb (it
will happen). I haven't seen a thing that costs less than $5, unless
it's $2 candy bars. We have a store that's been through 2 previous
incarnations. First, it was a cafe/coffeeroaster. They flubbed that
and turned it around to a basic health food store. Now, with Atkine,
they've tossed all the supplements and wheat grass and gone straight
for the LC jugular. Even a bottle of ketchup is $5!

BTW, I tried 2 LC ketchups and 2 LC bbq sauces. They all sucked. I'd
rather waste my carb allotment and the real deal.

Rationing is good, especially if you will not have quick and easy access to
a toilet. :-)

I've had a couple of those, and they are very good. I have to
ration them though.

Two little pieces come in a packet. That's enough for me. That, IMHO,
should be enough for anybody. If a person is scarfing dozens of them in
a sitting I can see why that might cause intestinal problems.
