HELP!!

Please help, & Thankyou very much.-Linda Another thing...you'll get a much better quality of help if you asking a specific question (not just "what should I do?")...set yourself actual, specific goals ("looking to lose twenty pounds") and people will be in a more knowledgeable position from which to advise you...also, what debilitating diseases do you have? That could really change the contours of any exercise program recommended to you. |
