fitness?

Actually, it's because there are very few true sportsman here; mostly
the insecure and mediocre who hang around like neighborhood toughs
proving their manhood by pestering passers-by. If you met some of
these characters in person carrying on the way they do, you'd simply
realize they're mentally unsound. Here, look, a representative sample
from the "golden age" of MFW which so many of the old regulars bemoan
-- http://www.fitnwell.net/MFW%20Photos.htm. Make sure to click on
the photos to enlarge them so you can see how funny-looking many of
these characters are. You'll also notice that they're mostly old
people. Keep that in mind the next time you see someone like John
Hanson allude to "the good old days" when we were supposedly awash
with experts and champions.

Anyway, It seems like I don't lose weight very easily. I haven't eat
too much like I used to, and I am drinking Wu-Yi Tea through the
week. My problem is my diet is much more easier through the week,
because it is on schedule. But on weekends, out shopping and all, it
is hard to run back and eat divinely. And exercise divinely too.

The thing to realize is that your body plays tricks on you. Your mind
will be consumed by hunger signals, and if that doesn't work, thoughts
about losing muscle will help persuade you to give in and eat, eat,
eat. A million-and-one rationalizations will haunt you, justifying
why you need to eat this or that *NOW*...but here is where health and
fitness becomes a spiritual pursuit, actually: you learn to separate
your true will from that of your biological programming.

Or put it this way: if there were a million tax-free dollars involved
in your success, you'd quite easily find a way to achieve your weight-
loss goals!

Hello anyone. If this is not about fitness, then I would like to back
out.

Just keep posting. There's a handful of us around who are primarily
interested in health and fitness.

Yep, right on cue, here you are, nothing to contribute but the caw-caw-
caw of your lazy crow's song, sitting on the telephone wires,
imagining you add to the conversation.

Here's a backhanded compliment for Freides if anyone wants to pass it
along...

That pic looks like Frank Zane's Halloween costume the year he and

know a thin or two about total nerds, Babbalooey!)

Yo, Freides, cut your hair and make a cat, wouldja? I suppose that pic

Oh, yeah, racism, and homophobic topics of conversation. Can't forget
those.

Just STOP posting!

You'll notice also, , that this group is full
of that kettle-pot-black crap so prevalent in usenet. But as you now
know, from that link, a picture's worth a thousand MFW posts....

Yes, most of my posts are about health and fitness, 'cause I actually
go to the gym and look it.

Oh, yeah, racism, and homophobic topics of conversation. Can't forget

Yeah, you just can't forget your own self-assessed moral superiority.
Congratulations on finally achieving a modicum of self-esteem, you
clueless hypocrite.

Just STOP posting!

Stop whining, you skinny weirdo. No one's forcing you to read my
posts, much less spend so much time at the keyboard, away from the
gym.

Just a question PAW, why do you spend so much energy talking about how
dedicated you are to health and fitness and how others seem to be off topic
etc. Why don't you just do your thing and not worry about what others do?
