Default Low carb recipes

Anybody spending any time in rec.food.recipes? I was just wandering around
there and I see that a number of the recent requests and posts are low-carb
recipes. I've not seen that before in that group, at least not until
recently. Not sure that there is anything that would be new to any of you
but just wanted to make you aware in case you are interested

i love rec.food.recipes. the requests for low carb stuff have been
slowly increasing over the last year or so. there are also lots of
recipes posted that you could modify to be low carb. it's a great
resource.

That's another ng I check out. I've noticed the numbers of lc recipes
lately, too. I'm glad that they're finally posting recipes that I can use.
I requested low carb recipes a couple of months back and my request wasn't
even posted, but I received an low carb book on Adobe file from one of the
regulars. I only wish that they would post nutrition numbers on all of
them.

I've been reading that news group for a very long time too, though I have
never posted or requested there even once.

I've been putting the recipes I am interested in into Mastercook but haven't
spent too much time entering, or verifying, that the nutritional database is
correct. I should do that I guess, would make it a bit easier to track
things.
