Default One more pound gone!

Hi Caleb. I lost another pound today!!! I have not seen that
number for several months: 178. Until today my goal was set at 175,
but I've decided to change it to 170. I've reached the point where the
belly does not show much enough for people to point their finger at
it. To me, it's already a landmark not to go through the public
humiliation which obese people are going through.

Mike - GREAT JOB!!!

Very, very successful! Very focused! Super!

I think some humiliation might be okay if it encourages people to be
more healthy, but the humiliation usually goes way, way overboard.

Nice to know you're no longer there!

Keep going strong!

Yours,

Caleb
