Your plans for 2004?
To lose 33lbs and be able to run around at various speeds for 90 minutes
before the start of May. "Ignoramus19207" wrote in message ... I am curious, what are your plans, healthwise, for 2004? My plan is to lose 10-15 lbs of fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle. To accomplish this, I want to lose about 1 lb per month -- no more -- and exercise substantially. How about you? i 223/176/180 |

How about you? current stats: goal: weight - 128 126 lbm - 97 103 fat - 31 23 bf - 25% 18% So, I need to drop 8 lbs of fat and then gain 6 lbs of muscle. Right now, I'm in the fat dropping stages... I think I'd be happy with 20% bf, but you gotta aim high, ya know! det |

Your plans for 2004?
Hello Ignoramus,
My weight loss will be my priority through the new year. I am hoping to continue eating better than before and exercising for life. My goal is to make it under 200 by my 40th birthday which is June 30, 2004. My ultimate goal is to reach 175, which may or may not be obtainable for me. I also plan to start a weight or resistance type exercise regimen soon, when it gets to cold to go for walks. Take care, Paul 300/243/175 "Ignoramus19207" wrote in message ... How about you? i 223/176/180 My plan is to maintain my current weight, but to continue to lose inches via weight lifting, and to increase my flexibility via pilates. I also hope to start an exercise program with my thirteen-year-old. She's very active in sports, but when she's not playing she tends to be a slug--a slug that likes to eat. It's really starting to catch up with her, and with the long break coming up...well, we just gotta get going on this. Amy 168/115 |

That's great. I forgot, how tall are you? Aren't you 5'11"? Anyway, resistance training is a great thing, and you do not even need to go to a gym necessarily. i |

Healthwise it is to shed the 40 more lbs to goal by WOE and getting a
firmer(more scheduled) exercise routine. I am excited about it and hope that it also inspires my kids to lose more as well. So far my son has lost 10 lbs(he's a chunky kid who can afford it) simply because of our eating changes here at home and his increase in exercise when he walks with me. I've alot of confidence that I can shed the 40 without much problem once my ribs heal up a bit more. Also in 2004 I intend to keep fighting it out everyday with the not smoking. Susan 260/202/160 --- 3month 4days 11:55hours of being smoke-free, 3,824 cigs not smoked, $707.44 saved, 1wweek 6day 6:40hours of my life saved "Ignoramus19207" wrote in message ... "Ignoramus19207" wrote I am curious, what are your plans, healthwise, for 2004? Maintain another year (my first year will end in February) Try any exercise that will tighten up my remaining loose skin Try kayaking and XC skiing Snowshoe anytime I can (PRAYING for snow!) Find a hobby other than weight loss/ maintenance. My life has changed; my eating pattern and habits have changed. I want to stop thinking about it every darn minute and just BE a thin, active, healthy, happy person. Walking on . . . Laurie on vacation in NY 207/110 60 inches of attitude! I would like to lose a few more pounds (10-15) but my overall health is my prime concern. I'll continue with Curves but I plan to look into a gym closer to home that offers additional services.
