Shrinking slowly!
Hi everyone,
Started Low-carb for the 5th time,,,,but the difference is,,,this time I've read the books a couple of times,,,,and most of all, realized that this is a 'life-style' change, not a fad. I changed my thinking! It's not,,,well, let's lose the weight and then I can go back to my way of eating! What really helped me see things this way is reading everyone's post, and seeing the great results. Can anyone tell me how to put my weight in my signature again? Thanks for your help Sandy |
