Making chocolate ice cream
In article ,
"Dave Edson" wrote: So, what's the secret to making chocolate ice cream that's deep and rich? I make a great ice cream, but I am trying to figure out what flavoring to use. I tried cocoa powder-- yuck! 2 parts cocoa powder to 3 parts cold milk. Whisk well, then heat gently, whisking constantly, till boiled and thickened. Cool, use to flavour ice cream. Use LC milk if you have access to it. Miche (done that before) -- If you want to end war and stuff you got to sing loud. -- Arlo Guthrie, "Alice's Restaurant" |
